"I inquired as to the price of mounting a tire purchased elsewhere during a previous visit and was quoted $20. I brought in my own tire to have mounted and stupid me did not verify the price. When it was finished I was told $50. That is absolutely an insane price. After some griping on my part, the price was adjusted to $25, the normal price if I had purchased the tire from Cycle Gear. Also, if you a ride Touring type bike and not a dirt bike or "rice rocket", there's just not a lot that makes me want to come in and shop. The times I do come in customer service is not the best. Very seldom do I get acknowledged or asked to be helped. Bring in more cruiser and touring bike products!
